The gears are all made of 40Cr and 45 # steel forgings, which have undergone quenching and tempering and high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface. The hardness reaches HRC52-55.

6. A set of forming wheels can only produce products with different diameters of one type of board, and the length and diameter can be adjusted freely within an adjustable range. The shape of the finished product has changed, and the forming wheel needs to be purchased and replaced separately.
